Director of Nursing

Valerie Moore RGN is a native of Portarlington and resides just outside the town with her husband and four children.

She has extensive experience having worked for the past 11 years in the Care of the Elderly Unit and St. Vincent's Hospital, Mountmellick, Co. Laois.

Medical Director

Dr. Adrian Honan is the principal of a busy General Practice in Portarlington, he has practiced and resided in the town for the past 27 years.

Residents in Oakdale will be free to choose their own Doctor.

Physiotherapist

Helen Fitzpatrick attends Oakdale every week, to provide the physiotherapy service to residents in need.

Helen is a recent graduate with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from St. George's University of London. Much of Helen's training involved placements in Hospitals throughout London. This training mostly incorporated providing physiotherapy to elderly inpatients and elderly patients in the community.
